30 Days Eat Well Challenge

Lepas berbulan makan dengan gembira,  my body start to remind me that  i need to take a break. Berat naik dah naik,  badan rasa sangat heavy and unhealthy. 
So i challenge myself to eat well for 30 days. 


16/11/2015 
As today is monday i decide to have a puasa ganti+sunat. 

Meal for today:


Sahur: Banana and plain water
  Buka: homemade wrap + udang masak sos + ikan jaket grill         
+ grape, pear, banana and yogurt blend
